Recovery after ballet class is its own process, hydration, a meal, foot care, sleep, and tracking pain all feed into how you show up next time.
Ballet class doesn't wrap up the moment the final combination ends, it continues through calming your breathing, getting hydration and food in, and checking on your feet. Instead of one stretch or ice-pack fix that solves everything, we laid out what's actually worth checking, in the order you'd go through it right after class.
The list runs from the initial cooldown through to when it's time to see a professional. Don't treat it as a checklist to perfect, use it to notice which step you tend to skip. If pain affects everyday movement, don't train through it; tell your teacher and a doctor first.
