Pre- and post-match conditioning isn't about pushing your body harder, it's about reading its current state.
A bad day at the table often has less to do with skill and more to do with small things missed in preparation. Instead of flashy drills, we picked out what's actually worth checking on match day: sleep, meals, warm-up, and recovery between games.
The list runs in the order you'd actually go through it, from pre-match prep to post-match recovery. Don't try to apply everything at once, pick the one or two areas you tend to skip. If something hurts or feels off, stop and check it rather than pushing through the rest of the list.
